Ryan S. Carroll


Ryan is a C.H.E.K Exercise Coach, and a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

Ryan is driven to achieve optimal results and knowledge for his clients, as well as himself. He empowers his clients by evolving not only their bodies, but also their mind and self. His specialties lie in weight loss and sports-specific athletics

(Ryan has trained beginner traithletes to Ironman triathletes, Strongman competitors, and almost every team sport out there today). He has an infinite amount of energy and motivation to learn and to teach, allowing him to develop highly personalized programs to help his clients excel in whichever goal they desire.  Ryan’s main objective isn’t just to train a client for an hour a day, but to instill the knowledge and behavior modifications necessary to make long lasting changes in each client. By doing this, he ensures that every client will maintain a happy, healthy, and functional life.

Anny Mendez

Anny has understood the importance of fitness and good nutrition her whole life.  Anny decided to attend Georgia Perimeter College to obtain more information about exercise and nutrition in 1997.  She then went on to earn her Personal Training Certification.

Still wanting more, Anny went on to get certifications in Group Exercise, Pilates, and Sports Nutrition.   As a personal trainer and a weight management coach, Anny has worked with many clients, ranging from healthy clients to those with special needs, and everyone in between.

Training is done out of Punch Kettlebell Gym located at 2309 Central Avenue St. Pete, Fl and we do multiple boot camps around the St. Pete area.
